Guarantee:

All of our watches carry a two year manufacturer guarantee which covers all working parts and the battery. Scratches to the face or the watch strap through normal usage are not included in the manufacturer's warranty.

The manufacturer's warranty is in effect for the full warranty period from the date of purchase. Stones, glasses, bracelets, and straps are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, unless your watch was damaged or faulty on arrival.

For jewellery, the manufacturer's warranty covers your item against material and manufacturer defects that exist at the time of delivery. Please check your jewellery fully when you receive it, if you find any problems please contact us as soon as possible.

• The      manufacturer's warranty only covers the watch movement for the full      warranty period from the date of purchase. Stones, glasses, bracelets, and      straps are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, unless your      watch was damaged or faulty on arrival.

Water Resistance:

• On most watches,      you can find the water resistance level on the back of the watch case      listed in ATM (atmostpheres), Meters or Bar. One ATM is equivalent to 33      feet.

• Remember, no watch is water      proof. Any watch can be penetrated by water under the right circumstances.      For instance, it's incredibly tough, if not impossible for just about      anything man-made to withstand the extreme crushing pressure at the deeper      depths of the ocean.
