Shipping & Return Policy

STOP AND WATCH LIMITED, provides free shipping in all over the Republic of Cyprus via courrier. Shipping to Greece can be performed by courier or Cyprus Post depends on  shipping cost.  

The customer's have obligation to check local tax laws for any potential import duties.

The prices quoted include 19% VAT .

RETURNS /REPLACEMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the STOP AND WATCH LIMITED’s e-shop in Cyprus on www.stopandwatch.com.cy
 

Cancel order

You may cancel the order on our e-shop.

To cancel your order, you can either send an email to: info@stopandwatch.com.cy , or call our shop at +357 22 772123 (charges according to the invoicing policy of your telecommunications provider).

In case you have already paid for your order and your order has not been dispatched to the shipping company, then, we will immediately refund the corresponding amount, via the original payment method (credit card, bank deposit, Pay Pal).
 

In the event that your order has been dispatched to the shipping company, then the refund of the monetary value of the cancelled order will be performed out via the original payment method (credit card, bank deposit, Pay Pal), as soon as the products are returned to our company.  
 

You have 14 days to change your mind.

 If you change your mind, you can return the products you have ordered within 14 days with your original receipt, your order form, order confirmation email and credit card statement (if you have paid by credit card). To return your products you can visit the nearest STOP AND WATCH store. Alternatively, you may send your request in writing by filling out the form

The products you want to return should be in excellent condition, with the original packaging, instruction and guarantee provided, absolutely unworn, in brand new condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product falls under warranty due to a manufacturing defect. You agree to maintain the returned products in good condition from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you return them to our company. 

If the products are not returned within 14 days, STOP AND WATCH LIMITED may decline any refund or replacement of a product. In any event, the maximum refund period for replacement may not be extended beyond 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

In addition to the rights conferred by the refund policy, all rights applicable to consumers by the existing legal provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, as well as any right arising in relation to the conditions of warranty of the products, apply.

Transfer of returned products

In case you wish to return products because you changed your mind, you will be charged the direct cost of returning the products. Returned products may only be picked up from the physical address originally submitted at the time you placed the order and which you have indicated in writing.

 Refund for returned products

If you qualify for a refund, we will refund you the value of the goods you return, in the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank deposit, PayPal) unless you wish another way of refund for which you must inform us in writing. In addition, we will refund the shipping costs you have paid for the products you purchased on our company (excluding the additional costs due to your selecting to use a shipping mode other than the cheapest standard mode that we offer).

The refund of the returned products will be issued as soon as possible. In any case, it will take place after you inform us in writing of the request for return of the products and once, we accept their return and provided that the products have been delivered to our company.

MISCELLANEOUS
 

Force majeure: If due to force majeure reasons (e.g. extreme weather, strikes, pandemic outbreak,) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the specified timeframe we will inform you by e-mail,  so as to enable you to notify us, if you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order. STOP AND WATCH LIMITEDbears no responsibility for issues caused by external events and not by our own fault and will do everything humanly possible to provide you with the best service under the circumstances. 

• In      cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you discover      that a (or some) product is missing from the total order, please contact      us so as to settle all the necessary details and send you the products you      did not receive at no extra charge.
• Changes to the present Terms of Use: ) STOP AND WATCH LIMITED reserves the      right to change or update the terms and conditions on which our products      are offered on our website at any time. The company shall update this      present document with any change or addition to the terms.
• According to the Directive      2013/11/EC, which has been embodied in the Cyprus Legislation, Law      148(I)/2015 on “out-of-court settlement of consumer claims by referring      claims to arbitration”.  If the Customer has a problem with the      purchase he made from the Online Store and resides in the EU, he/she may      use the website https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng  for an out-of-court      settlement of the dispute.
