Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
30-Day Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that you have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The watch must be unworn and unused.

All original tags, protective films, accessories, manuals and packaging must be included.

You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the item has been inspected and the exchange has been approved, you may choose either:

Another watch of the same value, or pay the difference if you choose a more expensive watch; or
-
A store voucher/store credit for the value of the eligible returned item, which can be used toward a future purchase.
Except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law, we do not offer cash or card refunds under our voluntary 30-day exchange policy.
How to Request an Exchange

Please include your order details and proof of purchase.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your watch when you receive it.
If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at stopandwatchcy@gmail.com so that we can inspect the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws regarding faulty or non-conforming goods.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchases
If you are a consumer who purchases a product from us online within the European Union, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason.
If you exercise this legal right within the applicable period, you may be entitled to a refund in accordance with applicable EU and Cyprus consumer law.
You must inform us of your decision to withdraw within the applicable 14-day period by contacting:
The watch should be returned with its original packaging, accessories and documentation. You may inspect the watch as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, but you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
This statutory right is separate from our voluntary 30-day exchange policy.
Exchanges Between Day 15 and Day 30
After the applicable EU 14-day withdrawal period has expired, and up to a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase, eligible unused watches may be returned under our voluntary exchange policy.
For an approved return during this period, no monetary refund will be provided. Instead, you may:

Exchange the watch for another watch; or
-
Receive a store voucher/store credit for a future purchase.
The watch must meet all eligibility requirements stated above.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unless required otherwise by applicable law, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for exchange, return or store credit.
This does not affect any statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
